Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in an acute care setting preferred
• BCLS within 90 days of hire required
• CNA preferred or currently enrolled in a nursing program

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with delegated basic patient care services and maintain a clean, safe environment
• Record and report patient data including vital signs, intake/output, and glucose monitoring as directed
• Assist with activities of daily living: meals, bathing, grooming, mobility, and linen changes
• Support patient positioning, ambulation, and use of mobility aids
• Communicate patient information clearly to the care team and adhere to infection control protocols
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow safety procedures
