Qualifications

• 0-2 years of acute care experience or currently enrolled in a Nursing program preferred.
• BCLS (Basic Life Support) within 90 days of hire required.
• CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant preferred or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff in delivering care and maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized environment.
• Collect and record vital signs and document findings for RN/LPN/LVN.
• Support patients with meals, hygiene, linen changes, mobility, and transfers.
• Assist with patient positioning, ambulation, and use of mobility aids.
• Communicate patient information effectively to the care team and follow safety protocols.
• Adhere to infection control and PPE guidelines and participate in performance improvement.
