Qualifications

• 0–2 years in an acute care setting or currently enrolled in a Nursing program.
• BCLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• CPCT or CNA certification preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff in delivering care and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Record and report vital signs and other patient data to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Support patients with meals, grooming, and mobility assistance.
• Help with positioning, ambulation, and use of mobility aids.
• Collect urine/stool samples and monitor blood glucose as directed.
• Communicate patient information clearly to the care team and maintain privacy.
