Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with delegated patient care tasks.
• Record vitals and intake/output; report to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Support patients with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Maintain clean, safe environment and proper PPE usage.
• Communicate patient information to the care team clearly.
