Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire; CPI training within 1 year of hire or until 10/31/25 for existing employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under supervision of licensed personnel.
• Assist patients with personal care needs and participate in the plan of care.
• Communicate observations and data collection to the Clinical Associate; document activities.
