AtlantiCare in Atlantic City is hiring a Patient Care Technician for 7 Harmony. This full-time night position supports the patient care team, assists with personal care, and participates in the plan of care under licensed supervision.

The role involves collecting specimens, maintaining patient confidentiality, and communicating observations to clinicians. Candidates should have a high school diploma and BLS certification, English proficiency, and be prepared for flexible shifts and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire or transfer.
• CPI training within 1 year of hire or transfer into the role.
• English language proficiency required; bilingual preferred.
• At least 8 weeks of Patient Care education or direct patient care experience, or enrolled in a nursing school/PA program.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care needs and participate in the plan of care.
• Collect test specimens and document patient care activities.
• Communicate observations to the Clinical Associate; maintain confidentiality and respect.
• Support care team and perform limited laboratory services as directed.
