Endeavor Health is seeking a Patient Care Technician – Nursing Assistant for the Swedish Hospital in Chicago. This full-time role entails night hours (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with every other weekend and rotating holidays.

You will support patient care under the RN and Clinical Nurse Manager, including hygiene, vital signs, and patient safety, while following ICU/CCU protocols as needed. The position offers opportunities to float to other inpatient units as required, with compensation based on

Qualifications

• CNA certification or completion of accredited nursing assistant training or six months of patient care experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients under RN direction on the unit.
• Document vital signs and care activities in EMR.
• Assist with hygiene, meals, and ambulation as directed.
• Prepare rooms and equipment for new admissions and procedures.
• Maintain patient safety and privacy in accordance with policies.
