Job summary

IU Health is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Technician (PCA) to provide compassionate bedside care and support to registered nurses. Responsibilities include assisting with meals, hydration, mobility, and personal care while maintaining patient safety and a clean environment.

The role requires Basic Life Support certification and knowledge of patient care procedures, infection control, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient safety using gait belts and alarms; stay within arm's reach.
