Job summary

MedStar Health's Franklin Square Medical Center in the Emergency Room is seeking a full-time Patient Access/Registration associate for night shift, 10:30pm–7:00am with rotating weekends. On hire, mandatory On-Site Invision Class Tue/Wed 8:00am–4:30pm; on-site training 3–4 weeks with a preceptor and supervisor.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, collecting demographics and insurance information, processing registrations, and coordinating with billing and coding as needed to ensure

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Customer service experience required; healthcare experience preferred.
