Responsibilities

• Greets all patients, family members, and visitors in the department.
• Interviews patients and collects complete demographic and financial information.
• Inputs data into registration, billing, and patient tracking systems.
• Verifies insurance coverage and collects deposits/deductibles as required.
• Performs Admitting functions and supports patient access workflow.
