Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow HIPAA regulations and protect PHI.

Responsibilities

• Monitor waiting area and address patient concerns.
• Obtain accurate registration information and signatures.
• Input essential data into the computer system.
• Assist patients with general information and referrals to social workers.
• Support physicians and staff as needed.
• Maintain patient records and handle paperwork.
• Protect PHI in compliance with HIPAA.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
