Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience in patient contact, hospital finance, or insurance.
Previous success as a Patient Access Rep II or Scheduling Rep II.
Clear, kind, and effective communicator in person, over the phone, or via email.
Detail-lover who stays organized and calm under pressure.
Able to read between the lines and read legal documents to ask the right questions.

Responsibilities

From check-in to insurance verification, ensuring patients are directed accurately.
Coordinate patient flow and communications to get patients where they need to be on time.
Support a team by improving processes and handling routine paperwork efficiently.
