• Clear, kind, and effective communicator—whether it’s face-to-face, over the phone, or through email.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient check-in, insurance verification, and scheduling.
• Coordinate patient flow and paperwork to ensure on-time visits.
• Handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism regarding insurance matters.
• Support the team and help improve systems through proactive problem-solving.
