Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect detailed information for the patient record.
• Complete registration by verifying information for established patients or entering information for a new patient prior to discharge.
• Collect co-pays as appropriate and document in the account notes.
• Appropriately distribute registration paperwork according to departmental procedures.
• Protect confidentiality/privacy and avoid gossip in verbal, written, and electronic forms of communication.
