Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years related work experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with computer systems including web-based apps and MS Office.
• Strong typing (40+ wpm) and good English communication.
• Familiar with EHR software; bilingual abilities a plus.

Responsabilités

• Register patients for visits and explain the process.
• Process co-payments, deductibles, and balances; safeguard payments.
• Assist with Kiosk check-in and Medicare Questionnaire completion.
• Obtain signatures on forms; ensure documents are scanned and filed.
• Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments across channels.
• Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of patient information.
• Provide excellent patient experience and first-call resolution where possible.
