Job summary

Beverly Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is hiring a Part-time Patient Access Representative for the Outpatient and Emergency departments in Beverly, MA. Responsibilities include registration, scheduling, and financial clearance for patients.

Qualifications

• Preferred: bilingual, knowledge of medical terminology, and familiarity with EHR software.

Responsibilities

• Register patients for visits and explain the process.
• Process co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, and balances; safeguard cash.
• Assist kiosk check-in and complete insurance verification steps.
• Obtain signatures on consents, ABNs, and financial forms; scan and file documents.
