Qualifications

• 1-3 years related work experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with web-based applications and some Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Able to work in a busy, multitask setting and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Registers patients and collects required information for initial submission.
• Handles co-pays, deductibles, and balances due; secures payments.
• Verifies insurance coverage using real-time eligibility; processes ABNs as needed.
• Assists with kiosk check-in and requires signatures on necessary forms.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and accurate documentation; supports scheduling flow.
• Responds to patient questions and refers to appropriate departments as needed.
