Holy Cross Health in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Representative II, Patient Access to gather and verify patient demographics and financial information during registration for inpatients and outpatients.

The role requires excellent customer service, privacy adherence, and ability to work night shifts. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; previous hospital registration experience and familiarity with payers are a plus. This full-time position includes comprehensive benefits and onsite parking.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; may be required in some settings.
• 2 years hospital/healthcare registration experience preferred.
• Familiarity with third party payers and medical terminology.
• Proficient with computers, Microsoft products and email.
• Typing speed of 45 wpm or higher.
• Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to assist patients with wheelchair transportation.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
