Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic in Silver Spring seeks a Representative II, Patient Access for the night shift to support patient registration processes. You will collect and verify demographic and financial information, and deliver courteous service to patients, families, and providers.

You will document insurance details, notify case management when needed, and enter data into the registration system accurately.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English; Spanish preferred.
• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and email; typing 45 wpm+.

Responsibilities

• Verify demographic and financial information for patients during registration.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and providers.
• Enter accurate patient data into the registration system and collect signatures and payments.
• May enter laboratory and radiology orders when necessary and coordinate with care teams.
