Qualifications

• Certification required within six months of hire: CHAA, CRCR, or CRCS.
• 2 years of Customer Service and/or Data Entry.
• 2 years of healthcare environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Register patients for the Emergency Department and other registration areas.
• Serve as registration system super-user and assist Team Coordinator.
• Mentor and train staff; participate in QA audits and meetings.
• Support on-call rotation and interview processes.
