Qualifications

• 2 years of Customer Service and/or Data Entry.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in lieu of two years of experience.
• Proficiency in Keyboarding.

Responsibilities

• Positively identifying the patient and collecting demographic and insurance information.
• Admitting patients in the Emergency Department or other registration areas.
• Collaborating with clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure smooth registration.
• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and families.
