Qualifications

• Two years of Customer Service and/or Data Entry experience, or a bachelor’s degree in lieu of two years’ experience.
• Proficiency in keyboarding.
• Ability to handle patient information accurately and securely.

Responsibilities

• Identify patients and verify demographics and insurance information.
• Register patients for Emergency Department and other hospital areas.
• Admit patients and coordinate with clinical and non-clinical staff.
