Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of patient registration and insurance verification experience preferred.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is required in the El Paso Market.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with EMTALA, DNV, HIPAA and all regulations in Admissions settings.
• Provide excellent customer service and build quality relationships.
• Identify and triage patients on arrival to protect safety.
• Answer calls professionally and relay messages to medical staff.
• Obtain signatures on forms and consents.
• Verify and enter accurate demographic information for revenue cycle.
