Responsibilities

• Manage patient flow by notifying staff of arrivals and delays.
• Answer calls, route messages, and provide basic information.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Perform clerical tasks and keep front desk areas organized.
• Assist with supply management and general office duties.
• Support patients and families to promote positive experiences.
• Attend required trainings and comply with policies.
