Intuitive Health is seeking a Patient Access Advocate for the overnight shift (7pm–7am) in Texas. The role focuses on patient greeting, registration, insurance verification, and front-office support to ensure smooth clinical flow and a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include handling copays and payments, maintaining HIPAA compliance, and coordinating with clinical staff to minimize delays while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with patient registration and EMR/EHR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a courteous manner in person and by phone.
• Register new patients and update demographic, insurance, and billing data.
• Verify insurance and collect copays, deductibles, and payments.
• Assist with patient flow and communicate delays to patients and staff.
• Answer phones, route calls, and provide general information.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Perform clerical tasks and maintain front desk areas.
• Assist with supply management and office operations.
• Support patients and families to promote positive experiences.
• Attend trainings and adhere to policies and procedures.
