Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, in person and by phone, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Register new patients and update demographic, insurance, and billing data accurately.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect copays and payments per guidelines.
• Direct patients to appropriate staff, notify of arrivals, and manage delays.
• Answer calls, route messages, and provide general information such as directions and hours.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance, and keep front desk areas orderly.
