Job summary

FGF Brands is seeking an Operations Shift Leader to oversee a production shift on Nights, ensuring safe, on-time production within a fast-paced food manufacturing setting. You will lead Line Leaders and crews, coordinate schedules, and drive improvements across GMPs, safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will monitor KPI outputs, train staff, and ensure a seamless shift handover while partnering with maintenance, sanitation, quality, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of leadership experience in manufacturing
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to meet schedules
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP & OSHA

Responsibilities

• Lead production line leaders and crews on a shift
• Foster an environment of teamwork and mutual respect
• Coordinate department schedules and manpower
• Ensure production schedules are met and troubleshoot issues
• Provide orientation and training for workforce
• Maintain a safe working environment and enforce standards
• Update shift reports, KPI tracking and shift-related documentation
