Job summary

SCN BestCo is seeking a Night Shift Supervisor to lead a 15–25 person team in a GMP pharmaceutical/food制造 environment. You will ensure safety, quality and efficiency, coach staff, and drive adherence to batch records and SOPs.

The role requires strong coaching, communication and problem-solving skills, plus the ability to multi-task across safety, quality and maintenance interfaces during 12-hour nights.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in GMP manufacturing or 3+ years leadership at SCN BestCo.
• Committed to safety, hygiene, quality and cGMP practices.
• Demonstrated coaching, motivation and accountability skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication at all levels.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Coach shift teams to achieve safety, quality and scrap goals.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA and EPA requirements.
• Own team activities to ensure right first-time production.
• Organize shift for optimal personnel and equipment use.
• Conduct performance evaluations, manage compensation and overtime.
• Lead safety and cGMP audits.
• Develop and revise standard operating procedures.
• Recruit interviews; recommend hires, promotions, transfers and discharges.
• Cross-train to cover vacations and absences.
• Proactively manage shift to meet labor and scrap cost standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
