Job summary

moveatech Limited is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor Engineer to lead daily manufacturing activities, support schedules, and ensure safe, efficient, high-quality output. The role operates on 12-hour shifts with nights and possible schedule changes based on demand.

You will train staff, verify materials and paperwork, and maintain GMP compliance while driving continuous improvement across the shift.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of manufacturing experience.
Experience supervising, coaching or coordinating production employees.
HACCP training and strong GMP/food safety knowledge.
Knowledge of quality systems, allergens, sanitation, corrective/preventive action, pest control.
Experience with production machinery and operational reporting.
Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the shift team by setting expectations, planning work, monitoring results and coaching employees.
Deliver the production schedule while ensuring safety, quality and productivity.
Verify raw materials, batch codes, QC checks and paperwork.
Respond to production or machinery issues and escalate as needed.
Complete production and quality checklists and final paperwork.
Monitor process steps, equipment, and staffing to maximize productivity and reduce waste.
Ensure GMP and food safety practices are followed by all.
Train new employees and cross-train team members.
Confirm machinery setup and maintain clean, organized work areas.
