Jobot is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor – Night Shift for a leading food manufacturing company. You will oversee nightly production operations, enforce GMP, and drive safety and quality while optimizing productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience implementing and enforcing GMP.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems and processes.
• Proven track record in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Safety leadership and sanitation expertise.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Able to work night shift and handle physical demands.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nighttime production to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
• Implement GMP to ensure product quality and safety.
• Coordinate production activities including staffing, equipment, and material flow.
• Develop and enforce policies to boost productivity and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor metrics and take corrective actions as needed.
• Lead a culture of safety and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and sanitation practices.
• Conduct team meetings and communicate expectations clearly.
