Revolution Foods seeks a dependable Production Supervisor to lead teams in safe, efficient, high-quality food production. You’ll oversee daily production across lines, kitchen, and oven areas and drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requires 4+ years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing, strong leadership and communication skills, and availability for the 1:00 a.m. shift with overtime as needed. Salary range: $70,000–$90,000.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct supervisory experience in manufacturing
• Experience in fast-paced food production/manufacturing
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise production employees across assigned lines, kitchen, and oven areas.
• Set daily priorities and direct staffing/workflow based on the production plan.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and productivity of staff.
• Coach and develop team leads to strengthen day-to-day leadership and performance.
• Support onboarding, training, and development of employees.
• Monitor schedules, labor efficiency, and KPIs to ensure targets are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, food safety, PPE, quality, and procedures.
• Conduct quality checks and address production or quality issues.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and coordinate solutions to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain production documentation and reports using Excel and Word.
• Collaborate with FSQA, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other departments.
