Job summary

1440 Foods Manufacturing is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to lead start-up manufacturing operations, oversee schedules, quality, and staff, and ensure a safe, efficient environment.

The role requires supervising production teams, driving continuous improvements, and maintaining strong communication across shifts. Experience in food manufacturing and ERP/MES familiarity are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years leadership experience in production or manufacturing, preferably in food.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Production Operations and staff to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor production processes to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Implement and maintain sanitation and quality controls in line with standards.
• Lead and develop production teams, including scheduling and performance management.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and maintain a safe work environment.
• Oversee inventory levels and material usage to prevent waste.
• Maintain accurate production records and generate required management reports.
• Drive daily management and continuous improvement initiatives on the line.
• Learn and utilize ERP/MES functions and related tasks to support operations.
