Job summary

IRCA Group in Affton, Missouri, seeks a Production Supervisor for night shifts to lead manufacturing operations, ensure safety and quality, and maintain on-time production. You will coordinate staffing and resolve issues to keep lines running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has a engineering-related degree, 5–7 years of supervisory manufacturing experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and Lean manufacturing familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing (food manufacturing preferred).
• Proficiency in English.
• Lean manufacturing experience.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety policies and ensure a safe working environment.
• Ensure production schedule adherence and quality compliance with GMP and Food Safety standards.
• Maintain sanitation and housekeeping on the shop floor; coordinate CIP where needed.
• Manage staffing, shift coverage, and on-time line performance to maximize uptime.
• Coach and develop operators; monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering to drive continuous improvement.
