Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in the Manufacturing industry.
• Experience with production planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing tools and six sigma tools.
• Strong safety protocol knowledge in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production line operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles and six sigma tools to optimize production processes.
• Ensure that safety protocols are followed to maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform regular quality control checks to maintain high product standards.
• Coordinate with other departments for production planning and scheduling.
• Identify areas for procedural improvements and implement efficiency solutions.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the production team.
• Report on production activities and performance indicators to senior management.
