Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Colfax, NC is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a night-shift team of about 18 on a 2-2-3 schedule, ensuring an injury-free environment while achieving productivity and quality goals.

You will drive safety, coach staff, manage staffing and performance reviews, and collaborate with Quality, Engineering and Maintenance to improve processes and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and safety/ environmental compliance background.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads a night shift manufacturing team to meet productivity, safety and quality goals.
• Drives safety excellence and promotes ownership to eliminate hazards.
• Hires, schedules, coaches and conducts reviews for staff and temporaries.
• Ensures process documentation, training, and adherence to quality controls.
