Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make rounds to ensure care is delivered as planned.
• Coordinate patient flow and bed assignments during shifts.
• Assist with emergencies and support staff in direct patient care.
• Provide on-site coaching and staff assignments.
• Conduct performance evaluations with Clinical Director.
