HonorHealth's Four Peaks Medical Center in Mesa, AZ is seeking an experienced RN for Labor & Delivery night shift in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. You will supervise, assess, plan, and deliver direct patient care while collaborating with physicians to execute the medical plan of care.

Requirements include BSN from an accredited program, Arizona RN license, BLS certification, and at least 2 years of labor/delivery RN experience; magnet standards certification within 1 year of hire is

Competenze

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution is required.
Licensed to practice as an RN in Arizona (Arizona RN License).
BLS Certification required.
Minimum 2 years RN experience in high-volume labor/delivery settings.

Mansioni

Supervises, assesses, plans, coordinates, facilitates, and evaluates patient care and staff development.
Supports the Clinical Director in managing unit staffing and patient population.
Provides direct patient care per unit needs and collaborates with physicians on the medical plan of care.
Ensures stroke-specific nursing knowledge and education requirements are met for eligible patients.
Participates in quality improvement and policy development within the department.
