Job summary

HonorHealth in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Night Shift Registered Nurse for Labor & Delivery. The RN will apply evidence-based nursing practice, administer medications, manage IVs, and collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include creating care plans, teaching patients and families about home care, and contributing to ongoing quality improvement. Requires AZ RN license, BLS, and experience in L&D or acute care; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• RN with relevant licensure and state-specific practice.
• BSN preferred or committed to BSN within 60 months.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in med-surg or acute care settings is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care per ANA standards.
• Administer medications and manage IV therapies with safety checks.
• Document patient data, monitor progress, and adjust care plans.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and home management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
