Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona.
• BLS certification required.
• 1 year RN experience in med-surg or acute care.
• Diploma/Associate grads must pursue BSN within 60 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per ANA standards and Code of Ethics.
• Assess, document, and plan patient care with family involvement.
• Administer medications and IV therapies with accuracy and safety.
• Educate patients and families on treatment, medications, and home care.
