Qualifications

• RN licensed in Arizona or compact state.
• BSN must be completed within 60 months or currently enrolled.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience for float positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care guided by ANA standards and ethics.
• Document medical history, assessments, and care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Perform IV therapy and manage IV lines as needed.
• Educate patients and families on post-care needs and home plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for patient care delivery.
