Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Four Peaks Medical Center in Mesa, AZ, to work the night shift (3x12). You will provide comprehensive patient care, administer meds, monitor IV therapy, and contribute to care planning with an interprofessional team.

The role requires BSN or progress toward BSN, ARizona RN licensure, and med-surg or acute care experience. A bonus of up to $10,000 may be available for qualifying staff.

Qualifications

• All Diploma and ADN hires must complete a BSN within 60 months of hire or have 5+ years of RN experience.
• Active RN license in Arizona (or applicable state) preferred.
• Experience in med-surg or acute care settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care per ANA standards and Code of Ethics.
• Administer medications and monitor IV therapy.
• Develop, implement, and revise patient care plans with the care team.
• Document patient information and assist with diagnostic tests and therapies.
• Educate patients and families on condition management and home care needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams.
