Job summary

HonorHealth Four Peaks Medical Center in Mesa, AZ is seeking an experienced RN for night shifts in Labor & Delivery. You will supervise, assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate patient care, working with physicians to execute medical plans and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Requirements include a BSN from an NLN/CCNE-accredited program, AZ RN license, BLS certification, and at least 2 years in a high-volume labor setting (3 years preferred). Eligible for up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• BSN from an NLN/CCNE-accredited program.
• Arizona RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• 2 years experience in high-volume labor setting (3 years preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversees staff and ensures adequate patient care, including hiring/onboarding, evaluating and coaching.
• Provide direct patient care per unit needs and collaborate with physicians on medical plans.
• Administer medications, monitor dosages, IV therapy, and document observations.
• Contribute to policy revisions, quality initiatives, and staff development.
