Responsibilities

• Supervises, assesses, plans, coordinates, and evaluates patient care and staff development.
• Collaborates with physicians and the Clinical Director in managing unit needs.
• Provides direct patient care per the care plan and uses evidence-based nursing practices.
• Ensure compliance with department policies and budgetary constraints.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff as needed.
• Coordinate inter/intra departmental communication and quality initiatives.
