Advocate Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support the nursing team in daily patient care in a Chicago facility. You will assist with bathing, feeding, positioning, and mobility, and help document vitals and patient data in the EMR.

Under RN supervision, you will participate in admissions, transfers, and discharges, perform specimen collection as needed, and help maintain clinical supplies and patient comfort. BLS and state CNA registration are required.

Qualifications

• GED or HSED or high school equivalency diploma required.
• Nurse Aide in good standing per State Registry.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers (AHA) required within 45 days.

Responsabilités

• Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, feeding, and mobility.
• Measure and document vitals, intake/output, and daily weights in EMR.
• Perform rounding and communicate observations to RN promptly.
• Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
• Collect specimens and perform point-of-care testing as directed.
