Responsibilities

• Reviews staffing grids and ensures appropriate staffing at each shift.
• Manages the sick call line for Nursing units.
• Prepares daily sign-in sheets and updates Kronos schedules.
• Obtains management authorization for overtime and leave requests.
• Monitors trends in absenteeism, overtime and scheduling needs.
• Maintains leaves and requests for schedule changes; keeps records.
