A leading IT staffing company in Colorado is seeking a skilled technician to maintain and troubleshoot the DAC Aloha network and related platforms. Candidates must possess 2-5 years of experience in Linux and shell scripting as well as the ability to support engineering projects and perform scheduled maintenance. Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is required. This position plays a key role in analyzing network issues and coordinating solutions with senior engineers.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience in Linux and shell scripting is required.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot the DAC Aloha network, DNCS, and Guide platforms.
• Support all applicable Engineering projects and training sessions for junior technicians.
• Perform scheduled maintenance activities.
• Analyze technical references to obtain knowledge of engineering topics.
• Identify and escalate complex operational issues.
