Qualifications

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintain & troubleshoot the DAC Aloha network, DNCS, and Guide platforms.
• Support all applicable Engineering Projects and training sessions for junior technicians.
• Organizes and performs all scheduled maintenance activities.
• Performs complex analytical duties of Comcast’s network.
• Escalates complex issues to senior engineers as needed.
