Qualifications

• High school level knowledge.
• Successful completion of EKG and Phlebotomy course upon hire or transfer.
• Ability to read, write, and spell English and perform simple arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic patient care activities under RN supervision.
• Takes blood glucose measurements and records intake/output.
• Assists with activities of daily living and basic nursing tasks.
• Performs EKGs and Phlebotomy per policy and competency assessment.
