Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform basic patient care activities under the supervision of an RN.
• Take blood glucose measurements and record intake/output.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming and eating.
• Perform ordered EKGs and Phlebotomy duties per policy and training.
• Keep patient rooms stocked, clean and orderly; attend required in-services.
