Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System is hiring for a Full-time Multi-skilled Technician for a 12 Hour Night Shift. Under the supervision of an RN, you will perform basic patient care activities, EKGs, and Phlebotomy as part of a collaborative care team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and spell English.
• CPR certification on hire or within 60 days.
• Successful completion of EKG and Phlebotomy training or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic patient care activities under RN supervision.
• Take blood glucose measurements and record intake/output.
• Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, eating).
• Perform EKGs and Phlebotomy duties as trained and supervised.
• Help keep patient rooms stocked, clean and orderly.
